– Specialist doctors and specialist dentists must have three years of experience.

Since the licensing systems and requirements in Dubai and Qatar are subject to continuous updates, it is crucial to review the latest regulations and documentation immediately before starting the application process.
All candidates who choose to proceed with DKD Consultancy are considered to have read and acknowledged the above information.
In order to get a license, many procedures need to be completed. This is the primary area where we provide our support. After the license is obtained, you can also use our human resources service if you wish.
We understand you may have many questions about working in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar. Currently, the information we can share is limited. Please review our website and its pages in detail. More detailed information will be provided after the contract is signed. I would like to remind you that we are a professional business specializing in licensing and human resources, and the answers to many questions you may have are part of these services.
ABOUT LICENSE PACKAGE
For doctors and dentists, the license consultancy fee for Dubai or Abu Dhabi is 2950 USD. This includes the fees for all procedures to be performed by us in your country and in the UAE, as well as payments for documents. For physiotherapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and nurses, the fee is 2350 USD. Each city has its own licensing rules, and you can only work in the city where you are licensed. Therefore, you need two separate licenses to work in both cities.
The Qatar license is entirely independent of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi licenses. The total fee for Qatar license consultancy for physicians is 2650 USD, which includes all procedures performed by us in your country and in Qatar, as well as payments for documents. For physiotherapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and nurses, the fee is 2150 USD.
You can pay by bank wire transfer or by credit card online through our website. Several actions need to be taken on your documents. It is not enough just to have the documents verified by the Dataflow verification company. There are many different processes required for the documents in both your country and the UAE or Qatar, including notarization and consular approvals. These requirements are subject to change. Verification processes may occur without the necessary processing of documents, and even a letter of eligibility to work may be obtained. However, if the required procedures on the documents are not completed when starting work, you will face significant problems in the licensing process. This may result in the employer failing to complete the licensing needed for you to begin work. Many healthcare professionals, such as doctors, dentists, and physiotherapists, who face this issue, unfortunately, contact us again and go through the process, which takes an average of 1-3 months, and they may lose the job they had secured.
DUBAI, ABU DHABI, AND QATAR LICENSE PACKAGES
Our company provides licensing and human resources services for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar. Discounted rates are available if you wish to obtain licenses for more than one region, as some documents can be reused. Discounted package prices for physicians are as follows:
Dubai + Qatar: 4650 USD
Abu Dhabi + Qatar: 4650 USD
Dubai + Abu Dhabi: 3450 USD
Dubai + Abu Dhabi + Qatar: 5550 USD
IMPORTANT NOTES: Unfortunately, these discounts and packages are not available for healthcare professionals other than physicians. Dubai and Abu Dhabi require physicians and other healthcare professionals who have graduated from TIER 3 to take the equivalency exam. Qatar does not require specialists to take the equivalency exam but requires general practitioners, physiotherapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and nurses who have graduated from TIER 3 to take the English language equivalency exam. You do not need to take the exam if you hold qualifications from the Arab Board, European Board, England Board, American Board, Canadian Medical Board, or Australian Medical Board. However, please note that you must submit a letter of experience stating that you have completed the necessary professional experience in the board country.
ABOUT THE HUMAN RESOURCES PACKAGE
In the UAE and Qatar, new job positions for healthcare professionals are regularly opened in every department, and a new job is typically found by us within approximately 6 months.
Human Resources package:
The Human Resources package, which aims to find a job within an average of 6 months, costs AED 15,000 for physicians who go through the licensing process with us, and AED 7,000 for other healthcare professionals. You can pay without upfront payment, with the first salary after starting work. We do not offer a Human Resources package to those who do not go through the licensing process with us, as priority is given to our clients. The Human Resources package contract is signed after the license is obtained. The license must be obtained first.
You don’t have to purchase our Human Resources package. If you prefer to search for a job on your own after obtaining a license, we will inform you about common interview questions and provide professional guidance. However, we want to highlight that when new positions become available, employers typically contact us, HR agencies, and evaluate the CVs in our database first. For example, when a hospital wants to hire a healthcare professional, they contact us. Many job advertisements available on the internet are fake ads created by scammers, aiming to extort payments under the guise of visa or health insurance by directing applicants to complicit tourism companies. Many positions are already filled through Human Resources companies before they are even advertised.
You can read this and many more detailed and exclusive insights on the blog page on our websites.
ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY
Most payments are made by us on your behalf for necessary documents, approvals, and procedures in your country, the UAE, and Qatar. In case of any negative result due to errors or incomplete documents in the application, we guarantee a full refund, and this is outlined in our contract. However, rejections due to failed equivalency exams or unverifiable documents are not covered by our refund policy. I would like to emphasize that none of our clients’ applications have been rejected so far. All our work has been successful, and we are in constant contact with the licensing services of the Dubai and Qatar Health Authorities, ensuring we stay up to date with any changes.
The obtained recognition can be easily renewed online for $60, with no exam required for renewal. The exam remains valid for five years; however, certain documents may need to be resubmitted during the renewal process. If you have already secured a job and started working, your employer handles this process on your behalf. Active employees are not required to undergo any additional procedures.
We will inform you of the necessary documents required for the procedures after the agreement and payment. These are documents that you can easily obtain with the help of our example guidance.
Payments can be made in Dubai in person, via swift transfer to the UAE account of the company owner Muaz Kalaycı, or by online credit card. If you prefer to make the contract and payment in person, just let us know one day before you visit us in Dubai.
If you have any questions, feel free to write to me here. It is important that our communication is in writing and documented to avoid any misunderstandings. I can answer any questions you have before signing the contract. Online calls through mobile apps like WhatsApp are blocked in Dubai.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
Step 1:
The contract is prepared and sent to your email. You sign it and return it via the same email.
Step 2:
Upon receiving both the signed contract and payment, we will provide a detailed list of the required documents, including guidelines and sample formats.
Step 3:
You gather the necessary documents, a process that typically takes 2-3 weeks. Once ready, you send scanned color copies of these documents to the same email address.
Step 4:
The translation, processing, approval, and verification of your documents begin in your country and through the relevant authorities in the UAE or Qatar. This stage generally takes 1-3 months.
Step 5:
If you do not hold qualifications from the Arab Board, European Board, England Board, American Board, Canadian Medical Board, or Australian Medical Board, you are required to take an exam. The exam can be scheduled once document verification begins.
– Specialists take an exam in their respective field.
– General practitioners take a general medicine exam.
– The exam is available by appointment in your country and can be taken on any working day of the year.
We provide past exam questions and preparation materials to support your success. After signing the contract, you will receive details on the required passing score, exam duration, and additional information. You are allowed up to three attempts to pass the exam.
The exam fee is $280, and applications must be submitted in person. Minor specialists may need to take an oral exam, which can be conducted online or in Dubai, with a fee of AED 550. We handle all necessary documentation for your exam application.
Step 6:
Upon successfully passing the exam, we submit your application to the Health Authority for final assessment. Additional documents or clarifications may be requested at this stage, which could slightly extend the processing time.
Step 7:
Once you receive official approval from the UAE or Qatar Health Authority, you will be issued a letter of eligibility, granting you the right to work in the licensed region. At this stage, you can either apply for jobs independently or explore our Human Resources package for further assistance.

WHY SHOULD YOU WORK WITH US?
1- Every month, many healthcare professionals such as doctors, dentists, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and psychologists face rejection due to incomplete or incorrect procedures. If you are rejected, you may reapply, but the acceptance rate is typically lower than on the first attempt.
2- We assist healthcare professionals taking the exam by providing access to past exam questions and preparation materials, significantly improving their chances of passing. Many professionals struggle to get licensed because they are unable to pass the exam, even after successfully completing all other procedures.
3- If you authorize us, you will not need to travel to the UAE or Qatar. We manage the entire paperwork process on your behalf, both in your country and in the UAE or Qatar. (Submitting documents is not enough; there is a complex processing phase that typically takes about a month).
4- Regulations in Gulf countries, including the UAE and Qatar, are highly dynamic and frequently change. Failure to meet the current requirements can result in a rejected application. We stay up to date with all regulatory changes and work on solutions to get previously rejected applications approved.
5- Most of the payments for translations, documents, processing, approvals, verifications, registrations, etc. are made on your behalf.
6- Securing a permanent position in the UAE and Qatar is as important as obtaining a license. A low patient count can lead to contract termination by employers. We help by promoting you and your workplace to residents across the Gulf region.
Thank you!
